Location on the mink mile is awesome. In the heart of a very affluent area of Toronto. Even though it's Toronto hotel entrance and location in a relatively quiet spot.

For us, it was an optimal location, both to downtown & to TTC. Then there is the "Room", all of them, were wonderful, with a good number of comfortable seating positions. The minibar, though not used, is a nice touch. The towels and bed linens are nice quality, often these are kept beyond their useful lfe.

Boutique hotel in a terrific location- that is very quiet. Service is outstanding. Rooms are very clean, with lots of space. The bathroom and fixtures are modern and well lit. Cookies in the evening are a nice touch.

Restaurant is gorgeous! Rooms are great however getting a bit due for updates. Carpets have many stains as example. Valet and room service staff top notch. Couple of the desk ladies (one that stood behind podium) could be friendlier. The guy when we got there didn’t get name but he was fantastic as well.

The food was expensive at the hotel. The tea was lovely. The breakfast took too long (30 minutes) to come out and was pricey.

The location, staff, room size and comfort are all great. We always have a nice stay. My only criticism is that it really needs to be updated. Rooms really need to be renovated given the price point and # of stars.
